What Is Somatics?
Somatics comes from the Greek word “soma,” meaning “the living body in its wholeness.”
It is the practice of listening to the body — not to control or fix it — but to feel it and follow its wisdom.
In somatic work, we learn to attune to subtle sensations, emotions, and signals the body gives us. Through breath, movement, sound, and nervous system awareness, we begin to unwind stored patterns of stress, trauma, and disconnection.
Somatics invites us back into the present moment — not in the mind, but in the body — where healing, safety, and truth can be reclaimed.

A somatic movement experience to express, release, and awaken.
Move to Feel is not a dance class — it’s a space to be moved. This is a sacred container where the body leads and nothing is forced. You are invited to move from sensation, breathe, and listen deeply to the wisdom that lives within you.
Through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, we gently awaken what’s been dormant, allowing emotion, energy, and creative expression to rise naturally from within. There is no right way to move — only your way, moment by moment.
This experience is client-led, meaning you are honored exactly where you are each time you arrive. Whether you feel the need to lie down, shake, sob, sing, or be still — it is all welcome.
Presence, not performance, is the portal.

Sound Temple Journey
Vibrational healing for deep rest and energetic release.
Sound Temple sessions are a modern evolution of the ancient practice of sound bathing — where healing happens not through words, but through vibration.
This immersive experience uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, and other sacred instruments to guide your body into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
As your system is gently “bathed” in sound, your mind softens, your breath deepens, and your nervous system begins to unwind. The vibrations reach places the mind can’t, creating an inner spaciousness that allows healing and recalibration to naturally occur.
