I was born into a world that didn’t know how to hold big feelings. As a girl, I learned to tuck my emotions away — to be the good girl, the golden child, the one who smiled through silent pain.
By my teenage years, that pain erupted into rebellion. I numbed myself with substances and used my body as a tool for survival. Sensuality became currency. Control became safety. I forgot how to feel.
But beneath the chaos, my soul was stirring.
Heartbreak cracked me open. Loss brought me to my knees. And in the stillness of surrender, I heard the whisper:
“Feel it all. This is your way home.”
That moment began the sacred unraveling.
Through breath, movement, and tears, I slowly reclaimed my body — not as a battlefield, but as a temple.
Motherhood deepened the journey. In raising my children, I learned to reparent myself. I softened. I listened. I loved.
Now, as a woman who has walked through the fire, I offer what I’ve lived:
Embodied Rising is the sacred container I’ve created for women to return to themselves.
It’s where we learn to feel again.
To remember our worth.
To reclaim our voice, sensuality, softness, and power.
This space is for the woman who’s been told she’s too much — or not enough.
For the one ready to rise, rooted in her body, led by her truth.
Welcome to the temple.
You belong here.
