A somatic movement experience to express, release, and awaken.
Move to Feel is not a dance class — it’s a space to be moved. This is a sacred container where the body leads and nothing is forced. You are invited to slow down, breathe, and listen deeply to the wisdom that lives within you.
Through somatic movement, breath, sound, and the energy technology of Kundalini Yoga, we gently awaken what’s been dormant, allowing emotion, energy, and creative expression to rise naturally from within. There is no right way to move — only your way, moment by moment.
This experience is client-led, meaning you are honored exactly where you are each time you arrive. Whether you feel the need to lie down, shake, sob, sing, or be still — it is all welcome.
